How JxL Scheduler stores, shares, and protects schedules, routes, messages, uploads, and optional location data.
JxL Scheduler helps small teams and individual users plan availability, routes, messages, and uploads from an iPhone-first workspace.
The app is designed as a local-first app. Core data is stored on the user's device first. Optional iCloud and CloudKit sharing may be used for selected group sync and collaboration.
JxL Scheduler may handle the following information when you choose to use related features:
Location access is optional and is used for route-related features, such as finding your current location, adding stops, or opening route directions in Apple Maps or Google Maps.
When you add an upload, JxL Scheduler stores the selected file information for use inside the app.
If you choose to share an upload through a group feature, the file or its metadata may be stored through Apple's CloudKit service so permitted group members can access it.
Optional group sharing and sync use Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services.
When you share data with a group or selected member, that shared data may be stored in Apple's cloud infrastructure to support syncing between invited devices.
Apple may process data as needed to provide its cloud services. Please also review Apple's privacy materials for iCloud and CloudKit.
Local app data stays on your device until you remove it, delete it in the app, reset local data, or delete the app.
Shared data synchronized through CloudKit may remain available to group members who already have access until that shared data is removed from the shared records or no longer available through iCloud sharing.
JxL Scheduler is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for scheduling, route planning, and team coordination by users who can manage their own app data and sharing choices.
