By downloading, installing, or using PulseTrackr, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Service Description
PulseTrackr is a community safety app for nearby incident awareness, community reports, map-based filtering, community verification, and trusted-contact SOS alerts.
3. Safety Disclaimer
PulseTrackr is not an emergency dispatch service, law enforcement service, medical service, rescue service, or replacement for official emergency systems.
- If you are in immediate danger, call local emergency services directly.
- Community incident reports may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unverified.
- SOS alerts are sent only to trusted contacts selected by the user and depend on device connectivity and provider availability.
4. SMS and Trusted-Contact Alerts
PulseTrackr trusted-contact alerts are sent only when a PulseTrackr user activates SOS and only to contacts the user selected. PulseTrackr does not send marketing, promotional, or broadcast SMS messages.
PulseTrackr does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies and only occurs when a PulseTrackr user activates SOS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
5. User Conduct
- Use the app only for lawful safety, awareness, and trusted-contact purposes.
- Do not submit false, misleading, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or defamatory reports.
- Do not upload content you do not have permission to share.
- Do not use the app to target, stalk, intimidate, or impersonate another person.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or backend access rules.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of incident descriptions, evidence, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you allow PulseTrackr to store, process, display, and share that content as needed to operate the community safety feed, verification workflow, and related safety features.
PulseTrackr may limit, remove, or preserve content when needed for safety, legal compliance, moderation, abuse prevention, or service operation.
7. Availability
Some features depend on Apple services, Firebase, Mapbox, Twilio, internet connectivity, device permissions, and third-party provider availability. Reports, map updates, evidence uploads, and SOS notifications may be delayed or unavailable.
8. Termination
You may stop using PulseTrackr at any time. You can delete the app to remove local app data from your device. EdenTV may limit access to the service if misuse, abuse, legal risk, or security risk is detected.
