ParkMemory Hub Terms of Service

Acceptable use, content ownership, and service expectations for ParkMemory Hub.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using ParkMemory Hub, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

ParkMemory Hub is a circle-based app for families and friends that supports shared memories, trip planning, and optional location sharing.

3. User Conduct

  • Use the app only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not upload content you do not have permission to share.
  • Do not use the app to harass, threaten, or impersonate other people.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with the app's normal operation or security.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos, captions, notes, and other content you create in ParkMemory Hub.

By sharing content within your circle, you allow the app to store and synchronize that content as needed to provide the service.

5. Availability

Some features depend on Apple services such as iCloud and CloudKit. Shared circle updates may be delayed or unavailable when Apple cloud services or device connectivity are unavailable.

6. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. You can also leave a circle from inside the app, which moves your device into a new personal circle.
