How Park Memory Hub stores, shares, and protects memories, plans, and optional location updates.
Park Memory Hub helps families and friends collect trip memories, coordinate plans, and optionally share location updates with the members of their circle.
The app is designed to use on-device storage together with Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services for sync and sharing.
Park Memory Hub may handle the following information when you choose to use related features:
When you select photos for a memory, the app reads the selected photo data from your photo library with your permission.
Photos attached to memories are stored locally on your device. If you share a memory with your circle, the memory content and attached media may also be uploaded through Apple's CloudKit service so the people in your circle can access that shared memory on their devices.
Location access is optional.
Shared circle data is synchronized using Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services.
Because Park Memory Hub currently uses CloudKit to share circle updates between people, shared content may be stored in Apple's cloud infrastructure to support syncing between devices and circle members.
Apple may process data as needed to provide its cloud services. Please also review Apple's privacy materials for iCloud and CloudKit.
Local app data stays on your device until you remove it, delete the app, or overwrite it through normal app use.
Shared circle data synchronized through CloudKit may remain available to circle members who already have access to that circle's shared content until that shared content is deleted from the circle records.
Park Memory Hub is not intended to collect personal information from children without the involvement of a parent, guardian, or family organizer.
